MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION TOOLS
Regional Directory (FREE, members only) – The Partnership can connect your business to thousands each month via the annually published
directory and the accompanying online directory with search capabilities.
One Voice Newsletter (FREE, members only)– This monthly communication is also available online and serves as a tool to share information
about regional initiatives and events. Monthly investor/member features are a great way to get the word out about your company.
Mailing Labels (Member savings)– As a regional organization 4,000+ strong, the Partnership’s mailing list is a great way for your organization to extend
its marketing reach to other Partnership members.
WORKFORCE ATTRACTION/RETENTION TOOLS
Jobs/Resume Database and Matching (FREE, members only) – An online tool for investor/member organizations to post available jobs
that can be accessed by job seekers who can also post resumes on the system.
Relocation Packets (FREE, members only)– These packets contain a wealth of community information and are available for member companies to use for
recruiting candidates from outside the region.
Customized Workforce Recruitment Assistance (FREE, members only) – A wide range of personalized services including executive
community orientation services, ambassadorial services for diverse candidates, trailing spouse/partner placement and more is here for your recruitment
needs.
REGIONAL PUBLIC POLICY EFFORTS
Policy Development/Lobbying & Advocacy (FREE, members only) – The Partnership works at the federal, state and local level to advance policies that
contribute to a positive business climate for the region.
Washington, D.C. Trip (Member savings) – The annual lobbying trip to the nation’s Capitol takes 200 business, civic, and community leaders from the
region to secure federal funding for projects and initiatives specific to Greater Des Moines.
PARTNERSHIP PARTICIPATION
Boards and Committees (FREE, members only) – Connecting with other investors/members on topics you are passionate about is one of the
greatest offerings the Partnership has – you can be part of any number of
boards and committees working on issues like government policy, workforce attraction, downtown events, and much more
