Inclusion Award
The Greater Des Moines Partnership's Inclusion Award (formerly known as the Diversity Award) is a distinct recognition honoring employers who have championed diversity and inclusion at their businesses and organizations, and community. The award is presented at The Partnership's Annual Dinner in January. To qualify for the Inclusion Award, organizations must be a regional Member or Investor of the Partnership.

Small/Medium-Sized Business Category: Easter Seals
The determination regarding the categories to be awarded will be based upon the quality and number of applications received in each category. Previous award recipients are not eligible to apply for one year after receiving the award.
Award Selection Council
Each year, a committee of members from the Partnership's Inclusion Council participates in a judges' panel to oversee the selection and presentation of the Partnership's Inclusion Award. Applications are evaluated, finalists are determined; an onsite visit is conducted, and the committee convenes for a final assessment to determine the award winner(s).

YPC Amy Jennings YP Impact
The YPC Amy Jennings YP Impact award is given to a young professional who made a significant impact on the young professional environment in greater Des Moines. Like Amy Jennings, a past YPC president who led the organization through major growth, this recipient of this award should demonstrate a dedication to creating a vibrant community that attracts and retains YPs. YPC Ashley Okland Community Service Award
Beginning in 2011, each year, the Young Professionals Connection (YPC) will recognize the achievements of one outstanding young volunteer in the Greater Des Moines area that excels in the area of community service. The "Ashley Okland Community Service" nominee must exemplify the core values of volunteerism, giving back, and putting others before themselves as YPC's late board member Ashley Okland did.
