Viral Videos – The idea behind the viral videos is to reach potential workers in an unexpected way, and show that Des Moines can do hip and urban. The viral videos don’t directly spell out Des Moines’ attributes; rather, they show it is a fun place to live and work. Each ends with “Whatever you do, do more of it in Des Moines” to get potential workers thinking about their interests and how they might be able to do more of those things here. We will release additional videos throughout the program to keep the momentum going.
