Employee Opinion Surveys
Surveys can be a powerful tool in the assessment of employee opinions on a multitude of topics. Some include satisfaction with compensation and benefits, training, leadership, and job opportunities. Using the survey results to adjust company policies and programs can decrease employee attrition.
