Building on Success:
D.C. 2004

June 9-11

For 25 years, the Greater Des Moines Partnership has been leading an annual contingency to Washington, D.C. to discuss and secure federal funding for Central Iowa projects. This year, more than 100 Iowa business and community leaders will travel with us June 9-11 for the silver anniversary D.C. trip.

The 2004 regional agenda will cover most of the public policy areas of interest to the Partnership’s members, including transportation, business taxes, international trade, education, workforce and agriculture. While in D.C., the Partnership’s delegation will meet with top administration officials, embassy officials and with Iowa’s Congressional delegation.

Partnership members are invited to participate.
