Responsibilities entail working with the Corporate Communication Manager and Executive, Operational and Administrative personnel groups to drive all communication efforts in the context of the companies overall business objectives. Areas of responsibility include:
Internal and external public relations and communications
Annual and project-based marketing and advertising
Brand identity
Market research and industry intelligence
Tradeshow and event planning
Corporate donations and sponsorships
Typical duties include:
Developing and managing corporate websites, social media, newsletters and other corporate communication to both internal and external publics. This includes content creation.
Fostering relationships with appropriate media entities and promoting companies as credible sources in the context of a comprehensive marketing and communication plan.
Planning and implementing both annual and project-based marketing plans and budgets.
Directing the development of advertisements, displays, direct mail, and other marketing collateral and ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
Evaluating marketing and communication endeavors to determine return on investment and inform future efforts.
Coordinating the consistent implementation of brand identity on all collateral, including clothing and equipment.
Defining and evaluating market research to optimally position the products and services provided by each company.
Keeping abreast of the marketing and communications efforts of all companies major competitors.
Planning, coordinating and promoting internal corporate events, customer events, and regional and national trade shows. This includes attending major events and coordinating some executive travel.
Building strong relationships with customers, vendors, and advertising and media personnel.
Coordinating corporate and divisional sponsorships and donations.

| Qualities Desired: | Requirements:
BA/BS degree in related field.
Willingness and ability to understand the strategic and competitive positioning of the Wright Service Corp. family of companies and the industries in which it operates.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills; the ability to work on multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
Aptitude and passion for analyzing products and services, customers and market dynamics.
Strong references.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; experience in design software a plus.
Moderate travel required.
