| Qualities Desired: | Junior Engineer-minimum of two years direct and applicable experience and/or schooling, and can be currently enrolled in an accredited engineering program. Able to perform basic electronics engineering tasks to include but not limited to basic circuitry, breadboarding, circuit analysis and have a moderate understanding of integrated circuits, microprocessors and computer data acquisition techniques. Miniaturization and wireless communications a plus!
Engineer-Minimum of four years direct and applicable experience and/or schooling in Biomedical, Electrical or Computer Engineering and can be currently enrolled in an accredited engineering program of within 6 months of graduation with an applicable Engineering degree. Ability to perform basic to moderate electronic engineering tasks as well as have amoderate understanding of integrated circuits, microprocessors and computer data acquisition techniques. Be well versed in MS Office, and experience using Design tools such as Altium, PSpice, and LabView. Industrial experience either as an intern or part time employee.
Senior Engineer: Minimum of four year degree in Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering and can be currently enrolled in an accredited engineering program with in 6 months of graduation with an applicable advanced Engineering Degree. The advanced degree can be replaced with an additional five years of direct and applicable experience and schooling. Able to perform moderate to complex electronics hardware and software engineering tasks. Moderate understanding of advanced microprocessors, power management in miniature electronics, computer data acquisition and analysis techniques. Circuit miniaturization, high speed near real time operating systems, medical device manufacturing and spread spectrum wireless communications a plus. Must have good people skills in managing engineers, verbal presentations, and dealing with customers. Have experience with cost estimating in complex research and development activities and proposal preparation. |
