Diversity Council The Partnership's Diversity Council is compiled of members from the Greater Des Moines business community who are dedicated to creating inclusive corporate cultures and growing varied customer bases. The council acts as a catalyst to mobilize the business community toward a broad economic development vision that incorporates all people as valued contributors and valuable customers.

Diversity Award The Greater Des Moines Partnership's Diversity Award is a distinct recognition honoring employers who have made significant achievements in championing diversity at their businesses and organizations. The award also showcases the efforts of these employers in the community and is presented at the Greater Des Moines Partnership's Annual Dinner. 

Diversity Initiatives The Greater Des Moines Partnership's Diversity Council implements a variety of initiatives designed to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace and in our community. From educational webinars and seminars to diversity-focused publications, special events and other activities, the council is dedicated to uncovering and realizing opportunities that promote the business case and impact of diversity and inclusion.
