Each year in early spring and fall, the Partnership’s workforce staff participates in multiple job fairs in Iowa and around the country (Minnesota, Nebraska and Missouri) seeking fresh, new talent for the greater Des Moines area workforce. Job fair attendees, along with other candidates looking to relocate to our community, are encouraged to post their resumes online in the Partnership’s resume database where the resumes may be found by employers looking to hire.

Last year over 450 Job Seekers visited with over 30 employers and post event surveys from both groups indicated the event was a huge success.  Don’t miss your opportunity to get involved in this year’s event to promote your company and fill your workforce needs.
Your registration fee will include:
• 10’x8’ booth with 8’ high back wall
• 30”x 6’ skirted table with two chairs
• 2 box lunches (extra lunches may be purchased for $15/ lunch)
• A break area for your use
