This online network allows Partnership member and affiliate businesses to create a profile of information that is available to job seekers and to post jobs and other temporary work opportunities. Employers may use this network to address adults seeking employment and to students who are interested in exploring future careers through job shadowing, internships, and apprenticeships. This system will allow businesses to find the most suitable employees and tailor its next generation workforce by connecting with middle school and high school students who are interested in a specific business or industry.

Net2Work

Do you have a friend or family member who has lost their job? Net2Work is a networking event to help displaced professionals navigate their way back to employment. This forum provides opportunities to network/make new connections, learn from each other, learn from the “experts”, gain support in a “safe” environment – ultimately resulting in employment in Greater Des Moines.  Net2Work is held every other Monday.  There is no charge to attend.  Net2Work is a collaborative of the Greater Des Moines Partnership, Iowa Workforce Development and Right Management.  Click here to RSVP or contact Mary at (515) 286-4957.  This event is specifically for displaced workers and those seeking employment in the Greater Des Moines area.
