Mini Job Fair and Multicultural Reception to be held TODAY at John Deere Financial in Johnston!

John Deere Financial will join the Iowa Careers Consortium of the Iowa Department of Economic Development and the Greater Des Moines Partnership in hosting a Mini Job Fair and Multicultural Reception on Thursday, September 29, 2011. The event will take place at the offices of John Deere Financial, located at 6400 N.W. 86th St., in Johnston, Iowa, beginning at 4:30 p.m. The Multicultural Reception will begin at 6 p.m. with complimentary cocktails and appetizers served until 7:30 p.m.

Both events are free to job seekers and attendees, but registration is requested. Online registration is available at www.desmoinesmetro.com/events. There is a small fee for employers wishing to participate in the Mini Job Fair, and they are asked to register separately via the same website.

Parking is available on site. Visitors should enter the John Deere Financial campus off of N.W. 62nd St. Signs will be posted directing attendees to the Southwest parking lot and the South entrance to the building. A map is available via the online registration.
