CHAMBER NIGHTS
Greater Des Moines plays host to minor league teams for all sports lovers. Arena football, baseball, basketball, and hockey all have a presence in the metro. During each season, teams partner with the Affiliates for discounted tickets, a tailgate party and fun. CELEBRATE BUSINESS AND ECONOMIC IMPACT AWARDS
The Celebrate Business Awards & Economic Impact Awards are sponsored by the Greater Des Moines Partnership and the Des Moines Business Record. They are presented in the fall. These annual awards recognize companies for specific business practices such as encouraging involvement in community activities, creating an employee-friendly work environment, and building a substantial reputation for integrity and quality while remaining outside the public limelight.

DIVERSITY AWARD
The Diversity Award recognizes businesses and organizations throughout the region that have taken significant steps to advance the diversity of their workforce. It recognizes businesses that strive to create opportunity and embrace a workplace culture that includes diversity from the foundation up.  The Diversity Award recognizes a small, medium, and large-sized organization. An application must completed by the organization to be considered by the Diversity Committee. YOUNG PROFESSIONALS CONNECTION (YPC)
This committee of the Partnership is one of the fast-growing groups of dynamic and talented young people committed to making Des Moines a better place to live, work and thrive. YPC offers countless ways to become involved in the Greater Des Moines community through social, charitable, marketing, civic, diversity and professional development committees and events that help carry out their mission to promote an environment that attracts and retains young professionals.
