The Partnership and Grand View College have collaborated to provide
a summer internship residency program that:
1) allows for expanded internship opportunities by providing affordable living;
2) encourages interaction and networking among summer interns; and
3) provides greater access for interns to experience and engage in the many attributes of living/working in Greater Des Moines.
Housing options will be available on the Grand View Campus including 4, 5, or 6 bedroom apartments and single rooms, some with private baths.
Housing will be assigned on a first come basis. Reservations can be made by individuals or companies may reserve a block of apartments/rooms in
order for their employees to be housed in close proximity.
THE PARTICULARS:
Housing Fee $360/month 10 Meal Plan Fee (required) $45/week
You also get free utilities, free cable TV, free Internet access, use of the Wellness Center and recreational center, and on-site parking. Food
service will be offered Monday through Friday with hours that accommodate working residents. Residence Life staff on duty, with continuing 24-hour
security on campus. Public transportation access on-site. Opportunity to take any course Grand View offers during the summer or select from a special
menu of courses.
