Where: Urbandale Chamber of Commerce, 3600 86th St., Urbandale When: 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. The purpose of the Ambassadors is to assist with special events of the Chamber, assist the membership services committee, grow and retain membership, and facilitate new members through different activities. It is an honor to be a member of the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce Ambassador’s team. Through Ambassadors activities, each Ambassador is given numerous business and social networking opportunities. To be an Urbandale Chamber Ambassador is considered a privilege and shall be limited in number not to exceed 40 members. All Ambassadors must be affiliated with member businesses in good standing with the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce. Any person wishing to become an Ambassador should call the Chair of the Ambassadors, Mark Courter from State Farm Insurance at (515) 276-9275 or Co-Chair Susan Bonnickson from Superior Printing & Promotions, Inc. at (515) 225-2200 and make their wishes known. In addition, Jim Masterson, CEO of LightEdge Solutions, will discuss how young professionals can influence upper management and affect positive change within an organization. During the annual meeting, YPC members will be entitled to one vote to approve or reject the slate. A simple majority vote of those present will approve the slate.
